On March 13th 2023, the website Cyber Trace Australia (Sydney) / Netherlands (Den Haag), not located in any company registry as CyberTrace or Cyber Trace, published fake information about Department "Blockchain Investigation Agency" which has its own website www.blockchain-investigation-agency.com of the company Swiss Security Solutions LLC.
They write that they have some analyst working on check of our Department and company, and that this analyst is thinking that the Department is fake, and company right, anyway nobody consulted our Department and nobody consulted our company regarding this post. Most of their analysts are according to LinkedIn in Nairoby, Kenya, Tanzania and Tunis, and we understand that they do not understand our company registration issued in German language.
On 12th April 2023 we have received information about this fake news and fake analysis published on 13th March 2023 and can confirm that everything written about our Department "Blockchain Investigation Agency" on the website of CyberTrace / Cyber Trace is fake news, and not true. Motivation: competition.
Our Board of Directors is of the opinion that this amateur and primitive fake news came from competition motives right after Yahoo Finance published news on 26th January 2023 about Swiss Security Solutions LLC and our Department "Blockchain Investigation Agency".
How is real information misused against our company - see print screen under this text - they say that Swiss Security Solutions LLC has nothing to do with its department, and that Swiss Security Solutions LLC provides only security-related services, which is not true. According to Trade Registration (which we could not find for Cyber Trace or CyberTrace), the company Swiss Security Solutions LLC is registered for: investigations of any kind, any kind of security service, any kind of monitoring and surveillance, and consultation services for private companies. Also on our website there are many webpages about fraud investigation and our department "Blockchain Investigation Agency".
How original FinTelegram News are misused against our company - see print screen under this text - Due to lack of language capabilities, as this is probably a post from somewhere where English language is not in regular use, they misinterpreted the FinTelegram News against our Department Blockchain Investigation Agency. FinTelegram News explained that our Department has nothing to do with TudoFx and "Swiss-based Blockchain Fund Recovery Agency" as written on FinTelegram News. Mentioned TudoFX Scam has nothing to do with our company or department. Swiss Security Solutions LLC did provide a warning, but not against the website in his ownership - www.blockchain-investigation-agency.com that is clear written by FinTelegram News, but taken out of the content, to harm the image of our company and our department. Our company has issued a warning against many websites, but not ours. A statement on the FinTelegram News is: "In most cases, fund recovery scams are run by the same scammers who previously scammed people with their broker scams. This also seems to be the case with the allegedly Swiss-based Blockchain Fund Recovery Agency. Victims report that the same people would be behind it as behind the vanished broker scam TudoFX. Even if you lost money and are in a desperate state: stay very far away and protect your remaining financial health."
Cyber Trace or CyberTrace is claiming that they have some Intel Global Network which seems does not work and does not provide any kind of true information - see print screen under - They claim that they are great fraud investigators, that they have someone as a contact in Hong Kong, which was contacted directly by Blockchain Investigation Agency, which is not true, as our company and department does not contact anyone first. Also, nobody presented any evidence that he/she was contacted from our company per email or via mobile. In many news on our website we have published how the fraudsters are using our subbrand name and company name
The website Cyber Trace or CyberTrace without any trace that this is a registered company, published fake news and faked opinions, without using the facts, without using the information they are mentioning in the text (e.g. E-Mail from Hong Kong, any evidence of our involvement in TudoFX) , and with misleading the existing information. The so-called experts from Cyber Trace or CyberTrace never mentioned that our department has the same Customer Care, that our Department has same E-Mail domain as the company, and that we never contact customers first, and we do not receive any payments in cryptocurrency.
We conclude that the online post about our company Swiss Security Solutions LLC and our Department "Blockchain Investigation Agency" is amateur, misleading, top fake news, not professional, childish, and motivated with competition against us, as nobody from this unknown group of people mostly from Africa called "Cybertrace" contacted our company during their children play.
