Information about Retainer Payment
The private investigation industry, operating within the Legal Sector, is recognized for its practice of collecting Retainer amounts to facilitate case management, similar to attorneys' offices and law firms. A Retainer refers to a form of deposit that a Detective Agency mandates their clients to pay prior to entering into a contractual agreement for services and prior to the implementation of services and solutions. Our Accounting Staff then invoices based on the retainer payment received.
